It was my Husband's turn for a MeMade sew this time with a raglan style tshirt from Wardrobe by Me*. I love Wardrobe by Me patterns as they produce comfortable stylish patterns which are very well drafted as they are made by a very experienced pattern designer. I hadn't made my Husband anything in a while so it was about time I did really! Being a classic raglan, it lends itself to using more that 1 fabric to achieve the look so it's easy to use panels, large scraps which aren't big enough for entire tees or even custom fabrics with co-ords! I decided to make a new football shirt for him this time but it'll be a pattern I go to time and again for him due to the sleeve options and easy construction.

EYMM Back to School Tour: Mom's Edition
My regular readers may have noticed I've been quiet around here for a few weeks, not because I haven't been sewing but because I've been so busy I haven't had time to blog about it all! We've had lots of family time and a holiday around my Brother's wedding and just making the most of the {super short} nice weather period we get here in UK!
A great kick-starter back to blogging was seeing a call for this EYMM Back to School Tour: Mom's Edition blogtour*. My children are home educated so they aren't technically 'back to school' now but still, Autumn is quickly rolling in and slowing down now from the Summer and hey, any excuse to sew something nice for myself, right? |
AuthorHi! I'm Sarah and I live with my 2 boys and my Husband in East Anglia, UK. I enjoy sewing for my family and it is my aim to have a completely MeMade wardrobe for us all! Archives
